Carol recently joined BKC as an administrative assistant. Prior to joining BKC, she worked 24+ years as an analyst in the retirement 401k industry: daily processing, client relations, and governmental compliance and filings.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and his family including a new grandson and her two dogs. She enjoys studying American History and culture. She is a sports enthusiast and fan of WMU hockey and college hockey Frozen Four Tournament. She also likes to spend time in Northern Michigan. She is a member of the Kalamazoo Mandolin and Guitar Orchestra which has its origins to Gibson Guitar in Kalamazoo.
