Frequently Asked Portal Questions 

How do I reset my password?
Please click on “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the prompts to reset. You should enter your login information and email. You will then choose if you would like to reset via email or reset via security questions. 

Where do I find my login?
You may call or email portal help. They will be able to send you your login or tell you over the phone if you cannot remember it.

Multi-factor Authentication Issue?
Please call us or send an email to portal help for a temporary access code to successfully login if you have multi-factor authentication set up. 

New User?
If you have not previously used our portal before, please let your accountant know that you would like to have one created. You may also call or email portal help with this request. We will then send you a registration email to begin setting up your BKC Client Portal. 

What is the Portal used for?
The client portal can be used to access past or current year tax returns that you have filed with BKC. You may also set up File Exchange to conveniently send secured documents to your accountant. 

How do I change my password?
After you successfully login, you can change your password by clicking on your name located in the right-hand corner of the screen. A drop-down menu will appear. Click “Update Password”.

How do I change my login or email?
After you successfully login, you can change your login or email by clicking on your name located in the right-hand corner of the screen. A drop-down menu will appear. Click “Edit Account”.
