Before working in our Administrative Department, Britnie worked as an in-home, special needs nanny for five years, working primarily with Autistic children. Britnie studied Early Childhood Development & Education at KVCC for two years before deciding to pursue a career with special needs children. While Britnie still has a passion for working with children, she also enjoys her part-time role here at BKC which allows her to be at home often with her son.
Outside of work, Britnie coaches volleyball and spends most of her summer weekends photographing weddings and attending a variety of sporting events with her husband, Beau and their two-year-old son, Mason.

"BKC is welcoming and fun, yet professional atmosphere. I enjoy that I can come to work and be myself and have a good laugh with those around me. The partners and professional staff are approachable and caring and are never hesitant to help. They make it possible to balance life and work with ease!"
